The REDcard Credit Card
Target offer two credit card versions; the Target Credit Card and the Target Visa Credit Card. Both credit cards come with the same rewards and benefits, but the Visa card can also be used anywhere where Visa is accepted. Target also offers a debit card and a business card, with similar benefits to the credit cards. As of writing, Target are not currently accepting applications for the Visa Card.

The Annual Percentage Rate (APR) for purchases is 22.90%, which may vary based on the Prime Rate. No annual fee. Penalty fees for late or returned payments are up to $35. No interest will be applied to purchases if you pay off your balance in full by the due date (25 days after the previous billing cycle).
