Pay Online: Go online to register for electronic statement notification using the account number Baja Broadband provided you with when you opened your account with them. You can set up recurring payments, which are automatically deducted from your designated bank account or credit card each month or make a one-time payment by credit card.
Pay by Mail: You can mail a check or money order with the payment stub of your monthly bill statement to Baja Broadband, Dept. 0012, Palatine, IL 60055. Write your Baja customer account number on the back of your money order or check and allow several days for your payment to be posted to your customer account. To ensure your payment is received on time it is recommended that you mail your payment at least 5 business days prior to the due date shown on your monthly billing statement.
Pay in Person: You can pay in cash, by check or money order or with a credit card at any Baja Broadband retail center. Use the website store locator to find the retail center closest to your home. Be sure to have your customer account number to hand when you visit the Baja retail center.
