Pay Online: They are the ones you deal with when managing your account and making bill payments. You are advised to set up an online account with them, which you can use to login, make transfers, see your spending and make single payments or automatic monthly payments. AOPA are currently offering its members the AOPA Visa Cash Rewards Card, the AOPA WorldPoints Rewards Credit Card (MasterCard and American Express) and a credit card for business use. All AOPA Credit Cards reduce the fees and restrictions associated with your aviation activities, provide points and cashback incentives, and donate to AOPA so they can continue with their operations and campaigns for a fairer flying future.

The Cash Rewards Card offers a 10% customer bonus, 1% cahsback on general purchases, 2% on groceries and 3% on gas purchases. When you earn enough cashback you can have the money deposited directly into an account of your choice. The WorldPoint Rewards MasterCard provides you with 2 points for every dollar you spend with AOPA, including aviation related products and services at FBOs, and 1 point for every dollar you spend where the card is accepted. There is also an introductory purchase APR of 0% for 12 months. The American Express variant does not provide points for AOPA related purchases, but offers superior levels of service, excellent travel rewards, and a 2 for 1 Companion Airfare Certificate as a bonus.

Interest Rates and Terms

The same introductory APR for purchases, and the same interest rates and fees apply for all AOPA credit cards. There is a 0% introductory APR for purchases made within the first 12 billing cycles. There is no annual fee, and a standard APR between 12.99% and 20.99% depending on your creditworthiness. Cash advance APR varies between 20.99% and 24.99%, and penalty APR of 29.99% may apply if you make a late payment. There is no annual fee to pay, and there are late payment fees up to $35 and returned payment fees up to $25.
