Pay Online: There are two options to pay online, once you have registered for an account at astound.com. You can enroll in the Auto-Pay program, which will deduct your payment automatically from your designated credit card or bank account each month.

Or you can make one-time bill payments with Wave’s Web Self-Care portal. For the Auto-Pay option you will need to download an enrollment form, complete it and return it with your first check or money order payment to Wave Broadband, Billing, P.O. Box 34889, Seattle, WA 98124-1889. Be sure to write your customer account number on the back of your check or money order with your first payment.

Pay by Mail: You can mail a check or money order to the above address. Write your customer account number on the back of the check or money order. Do not send cash. Enclose the payment stub from your monthly Astound bill statement with your payment. You should mail your payment several days before the due date. Allow several days, before your payment can be posted to your Astound account. Pay in Person: Use the store locator on the website to find the nearest location where you can drop your payment in the payment box provided or make a payment in the store during office hours. You can pay in cash, by check or money order or by credit card.
