Midcontinent Cable Bill Payment and Login
Pay Online: You will need to register for an account online. Once your account opening has been verified, you can log into My Account and make one-time payments by clicking on the “Pay Bill” button next to the bill you wish to pay. If you want to pay several bills at once, click on the checkbox next to the bills you want to pay and choose the “Pay Select” button.
A screen with a payment form will come up, where you can choose to pay via your bank account or by credit card. It takes 1 to 2 business days for scheduled payments to be processed and posted to your account. Choose “pay asap”, if you want the payment to be instant. Midcontinent Communications accepts payments from your savings, checking and money market accounts and credit card payments.
Pay by Credit Card: Follow the online prompts as described above in your My Account access area. Customers can pay by Discover, MasterCard and Visa credit cards.

Pay by Mail: You should always mail your payment to the address listed in your bill. If you do not have access to that address, the Midcontinent Communications billing address is PO Box 5010, Sioux Falls, SD 57117. To ensure your payment is received on time it is recommended that you mail your payment at least 5 business days prior to the due date shown on your monthly billing statement.
View my Payment History: You can view the bills you have paid in the past under the “Payments” tab in My Account or call customer service at 1-800-888-1300 FREE, if you have a query relating to your payment history.
Pay by Recurring Payments: You can also choose to set up recurring payments that will be deducted from your designated saving, checking or money market account or credit card every month. Go to My Account summary, click on the option “Add/Edit Recurring Payment” and complete the online form with your payment details.
Recurring payments will only become effective with your following statement and this will be expressed on your bill statement by the wording “Total Amount Due – Do not Remit” on the return payment stub.
