Pay My Florida Public Utility Company Bill
There are lots of bill payment options available with FPUC, so all you have to do is select the most suitable option for your needs. For more help and information, contact customer services.
Pay Online: FPU offers Online Bill Manager. This is an online service offering account management tools and online payment options. You can schedule an online payment with no added fee, set up an automatic payment plan, view your current and previous statements, and enroll in paperless billing. With lots of helpful tools and features, we highly recommend that you register for this service. To make your FPU bill payment online click the “Pay Online” button below to login, register, view your bill or manage your account online.
Pay Online (No Signup): While it is better to register for Online Bill Manager, there is also the option to pay online without registration. This service supports checking/savings transfers as well as payments made by credit/debit card. There is a $2.95 fee.
Pay by Electronic Funds Transfer: it is easy to establish an automatic payment plan with the FPU online payment service, however you can do the same by filling in the authorization form available at the FPU website.
Pay by Mail: The Florida Public Utility Company bill payment address is: Florida Public Utilities P. O. Box 2137 Salisbury, MD 21802-2137 (Natural Gas & Electric). For propane bill payments, send your payment to: Florida Public Utilities P. O. Box 2057 Salisbury, MD 21802-2057. Please include your FPU account number on your check. Your account number is located on your statement. To ensure your FPU payment is received on time it is recommended that you mail your payment at least 5 business days prior to the due date shown on your monthly billing statement.
Pay by Phone: If you don’t mind paying a $2.95 processing fee, you can pay for your bill quickly over the phone. Call 877.337.3145 to make your payment. The processing fee is higher for payments above $500.
Pay in Person: You can pay in person at one of FPU’s Partner Payment Centers. Accepted ways to pay include by cash, money orders and debit. Visit the Florida Public Utility Company website to find your nearest location.

Start or Transfer Service: You can fill in the Establish Service form available online to begin a new service or transfer an existing service. You can also call FPU directly (check below).
Stop Service: To stop an existing service, fill in the Stop Service form available online. A representative will contact you shortly after.
